Beth Dalton is one of our Event Managers and a longtime resident of Person County. She’s actively involved in the community and can often be found vending at the local farmer’s market, performing at the Kirby Theater, or supporting families as a veteran educator in the homeschooling community.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys gardening, tending to her vegetables, and spending time with her chickens. She likes canning, making jams and herbal teas, and catching up with friends over coffee.

Beth has been married to her husband, Don, for over 15 years, and together they have two children. Her strong ties to both her family and the community shape the thoughtful, steady approach she brings to every event.

Rebecca DePasquale is part of our events team and brings a strong background in organization, logistics, and people-centered planning. With years of experience managing complex projects and coordinating events of all sizes, she’s known for keeping things running smoothly while ensuring no detail is overlooked.

She is deeply involved in her community and spends much of her time supporting nonprofit organizations, helping them operate more efficiently and thoughtfully. Rebecca has a practical, solutions-focused approach and enjoys creating structure and clarity in fast-moving event environments.

She has been married for many years and has two teenage children. She enjoys going to the gym, reading, and spending time with her retired greyhound.
